Returns
NOTE: ALL BATH and SAFETY Items are NON-RETURNABLE since they are in the category of personal hygiene. This is State law and is non-negotiable. Do place your order with that in mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Creative Zazzer covers, we will gladly take the unused item back for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your item. All returns must first obtain a return authorization number (RA #). Returned merchandise MUST be in new, unused condition in the original packaging with all documentation, packing, and warranty information included. Please follow these steps:

  • 1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing returns@zazzmobility.com with the following information:
    - Name
    - Order Number
    - Item Number/Name
    - Reason for Return

  • You will receive an email from the Zaziwe Mobility Expressions Returns department with the RA# along with the address on where to return your merchandise.

  • Return the Creative Zazzer covers, along with the RA#, to the the following address:
    Zaziwe Mobility Expressions
    Returns Dept.
    26 Avenida Descanso
    Oceanside, CA 92057

If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card account upon the receipt of the returned merchandise. Your credit will be issued within 2 to 4 weeks of the day your package is received at our warehouse. If you are returning a gift we only allow store credit.

No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). RA#’s are valid for 7 business days after issue.

If you would like to exchange the Creative Zazzer within 30 days for another, simply follow the steps above to return the item and place a new order on the site for the pattern you would like instead. Once the original item is returned, you will either receive store credit or a credit on your credit card in the amount that you originally paid.

ZazzMobility.Com is not responsible for shipping charges on the returned item. This is the responsibility of the customer.
